  1. The Action plan consists of the key points suggested and discussed by the team members. Each key point and its discussion and voting is anonymous.
  2. The items are ranked according to the points the team members have assigned. The software automatically lists the dot points in order of priority.
  3. Each team member has 10 points which they can assign to the key points they like best. You can change the points you have given to items at any time until the team sign-off.
  4. The team members can discuss and suggest changes to the key points suggestions.
  5. Any team member can suggest a key point by clicking the "Make a suggestion button." Key point suggestions are anonymous.
  6. The team can discuss the Action plan before and while making key points
